Cooling off period

The cooling off period is only available to single individuals (consumers) acting for purposes that can be considered extraneous to business or professional activities. The cooling off period cannot be used by legal persons or individuals who are acting for purposes linked to business or professional activities,  The cooling off period does not cover purchases made by the retailer or subjects who, for any purpose, purchase for resale to third parties. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without stating a reason within 14 days.

The cooling off period ends after 14 days from the date on which the consumer or a third party, not the carrier, and appointed by the consumer takes physical possession of the goods.
To use the cooling off period, the customer is obliged to inform Cable & Service Srl (as owner of the website www.cablocustom.com and the brand Cablocustom), with headquarters at Via Santarcangiolese, 6004 - 47824 Poggio Torriana- RN, e-mail: info@cableandservice.com of the decision to withdraw from the agreement with an explicit statement of same (letter sent by post or email).

To comply with the terms of withdrawal, it is sufficient for notification of ame to be sent before expiry of the relevant period. Cancellation of the agreement will lead to refund of all payments made in our favour, no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed of the customer’s intention to withdraw rom the contract, BUT not before receipt of the goods (at our premises).
This refund will be made against the same method of payment used for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has not expressly agreed otherwise. The refund will be suspended until the goods are received at our premises. 
The cooling off period will not apply in the following cases:

if the product returned is without original packaging

- for items made or created personally for the consumer

- for items made to measure or customised 

- for goods an services where the price depends on market fluctuations

- for perishable goods or items which change quickly

- for sealed AV or software products that have been opened by the customer

- missing elements that integrate the product (accessories, cables, instruction manuals, etc.)

- damage to the product for causes other than transport.

Use a courier of choice to send the goods, without due delay no later than 14 days from the date on which the decision to cancel the sales agreement was made known to us. The items must be carefully packaged in a stiff box  to contain the full original package (unless otherwise authorised). The original packaging must be free from any writing or breakage and complete with all accessories, instruction manual and all other original contents. Insure the items against theft or damage during transport and cover the costs for same. If the returned product has not been insured for the value stated in the invoice, in case of damage or loss during transport, Cable & Service Srl reserves the right to charge for any damage incurred, deducting them from the amount to be refunded. 

Communication of cancellation and the goods must be sent to: Cable & Service Srl (owner of the website www.cablocustom.com and the  Cablocustom brand) - Via Santarcangiolese, 6004 - 47824 Poggio Torriana (RN). Cable & Service Srl will refund the price of the goods returned no more than 14 working days from sending the goods and in any case, not before receipt of same and a check of their integrity. If the customer wishes to use the courier used by Cable & Service Srl the costs will not be charged; they will be agreed and paid before organising collection.
