Conditions of sale

1 – REGULATORY REFERENCE:

These general conditions of sale are governed by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005) and by the rules of the civil code. PROAUDIO Srl, with registered office in Via 4 Giugno, 36 – 47899 Serravalle (RSM) C.O.E.. SM21675, is also the owner of the website www.cablocustom.com.

2 – PUBLIC OFFER

The products and related prices presented on the Site constitute an offer to professional users and/or the public in accordance with the methods specified in the Conditions of Sale and on the Site itself. The purchase contracts stipulated on the Site are concluded with PROAUDIO Srl

3 -ORDER

The order is binding and irrevocable from the moment of receipt by PROAUDIO Srl through the website www.cablocustom.com.

In the case of online sales, PROAUDIO Srl will acknowledge receipt of the order by sending an automatic confirmation e-mail, containing a summary of the items chosen, the relative prices (including delivery costs), the address for delivery and the general and specific conditions applicable to the order.

The Customer undertakes to verify the correctness of the data and to immediately communicate to PROAUDIO Srl via the email: customercare@proaudio-group.com any corrections. Possible additional costs caused by errors in the data not reported promptly will be borne by the Customer.

4 – PRICES and AVAILABILITY

Prices include taxes. All prices shown are subject to change without notice.

Despite the attention shown on our site to the published prices of the items, we cannot exclude that some of them may have an incorrect price indicated. This can happen due to “fingering” errors or for economic and/or commercial reasons other than those present at the time the price was constructed.

Upon receipt of the order, a price check will still be carried out and if the item shows a price change for the reasons above, you will be contacted to check whether you still wish to confirm the order at the correct price.

In the case of order cancellation but payment made (example: credit card, bank transfer), you will be refunded within the following 24 hours.

If the price indicated on our site is higher than the correct sales price, only the correct price will be charged and the goods will still be shipped with a possible refund of the amount paid in excess.

The availability shown in each article is a maximum of 5 days, for the cable configurator it is from 3 to 7 working days. In both cases from receipt of payment.

However, the timing can only be indicative, as it is subject to the actual availability of the material in our warehouses at the time of the order and in our suppliers’ warehouses at the time of reordering and to any setbacks beyond our control. By sending an email to customercare@proaudio-group.com you can confirm the actual availability.

In the event that the order includes a quantity of items greater than that available, the excess quantity will be processed within the expected reorder times. The customer has the right to request immediate shipment of the available material and request a second shipment (not included in the price) for the missing material.

5 – Terms of payment

The payment methods currently available are:

Advance bank transfer and credit card

Under no circumstances will fees for credit card payments be added at the time of ordering

6 – DELIVERY METHODS

The delivery terms resulting from the sales contract are indicative and are considered valid in normal working and supply conditions, and in no case will any delays give rise to any refund.

The Customer or his representative must be present at the delivery at the place of unloading of the goods indicated in the contract for receipt of the goods and must sign the travel documents.

Shipping by the courier affiliated with Proaudio Srl is always insured at the expense of the customer. In the event of theft and damage during transport, Proaudio Srl does not consider itself responsible in any case if the shipment is not insured at the express request of the customer.

The agreed courier is Fedex/TNT with a delivery forecast, for the entire national territory, of 24 hours from the date of shipment, except for the following regions: Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia, Venice and smaller islands where delivery is expected in 48 hours.

A preventive email will anticipate the delivery. In case of non-delivery, the customer will be informed by e-mail and in any case a second attempt will be made the following day. If the delivery is not successful in this case too, the goods will be returned to the TNT headquarters in your area and will remain in storage for 4 days.

(within which the buyer can choose to personally go to the courier’s office to collect the goods or request an additional paid delivery).

The goods available in our warehouses will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order and in any case not before the actual receipt of payment.

For special shipments or shipments above 150 kg please contact customercare@cablocustom.com.

We remind you that the shipping costs reported in the checkout cover only delivery to the ground floor and not to the upper floors. For different needs we recommend contacting our customer service: customercare@proaudio-group.com. The courier does not allow packages to be opened before having accepted the delivery, but you can check the integrity of the package and communicate any anomalies with the words “Withdrawal with reserve” on the slip or DDT that accompanies the package and in any case promptly communicate to the our customer service the anomaly.

Major force:

In the event of force majeure or accidental circumstances we will not be responsible for the delay or non-delivery and we will have the right to terminate the contract in whole or in part or suspend or defer its execution.
