The right of withdrawal can be exercised only by natural persons (consumers) acting for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their commercial or professional activity.

The right of withdrawal, therefore, cannot be exercised by legal entities and natural persons acting for purposes related to a commercial or professional activity. Purchases made by resellers or by individuals in any capacity are also excluded from the right of withdrawal
they purchase for resale to third parties.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the consumer, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer is required to inform the Proaudio Srl (as owner of the website www.cablocustom.com and of the Cablocustom brand), with headquarters in Via 4 GIugno, 36 – 47899 – Serravalle (RSM), E-mail: info@proaudio-group.com

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration (letter, sent by post or e-mail).
To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the indicated period.

If you withdraw from the contract, all payments made to us will be refunded within 14 days from the day on which we were informed of the decision to withdraw BUT in any case not before receiving the goods (at our headquarters).
These refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise. The refund may be suspended until the goods are actually received at our office.

The right of withdrawal is totally lost in the following cases:

– if the returned product does not have its original packaging

– for objects produced or created personally for the consumer

– for goods made to measure or personalized

– for goods or services whose price depends on market fluctuations

– for perishable goods or those that change quickly

– for sealed AV products or software that have been opened by the consumer

– absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, instruction manuals, etc.)

– damage to the product for proven causes other than transport

Provide, using a courier of your choice, the shipment of the goods, without undue delay within 14 days from the day on which the withdrawal from this contract was communicated, carefully packaged using a rigid box containing the original packaging (except for authorized exceptions) . The original packaging must be free of any writing or breakage and complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and everything originally contained. Insure the shipment against theft and transport damage and bear the related costs. If the returned product has not been insured for the value indicated on the invoice, in the event of damage or loss occurring during transport, the Proaudio Srl reserves the right to charge any damages suffered by deducting them from the sums to be refunded.
The notice of withdrawal must be sent to info@proaudio-group.com, the goods must be sent to the operational headquarters of Proaudio Srl  (owner of the website www.cablocustom.com and of the Cablocustom brand) – Via 4 Giugno, 36 – 47899 Serravalle (RSM). The Proaudio Srl will proceed with the refund relating to the cost of the goods shipped within 14 working days following the shipment of the goods by you and in any case not before receiving the goods and verifying their integrity.

In case the Customer wishes to use the courier affiliated with Proaudio Srl  the costs will be your responsibility and must be agreed and settled before organizing a pick-up service.
